Description​

Yucca Gateway is a special gateway mode that lets you create a single entry point (authorization) for clients from different Yucca Server installations. You can have 1 internet address and several servers, each with a different set of users. For example, say you're an internet provider with a presence in different cities and a separate Yucca installation in each city, and each server has its own clients, but as part of a marketing campaign, you want to have a single entry point for all clients.

Requirements and limitations​

  • Usernames (logins) from different servers must not overlap, otherwise a client may end up on a random server they were able to authorize against on each login.
  • Only the Enterprise version of Yucca Server can be connected to Yucca Gateway; working with free versions is not currently supported.
