Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions​

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure the security of personal data of Individual Entrepreneur Aminov Lev Aleksandrovich (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

  1. The Operator considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy and personal and family secrets, to be the most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities.
  2. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://yucca.app.

2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy​

  1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
  2. Blocking of personal data – the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
  3. Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address https://yucca.app;
  4. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases, and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
  5. De-identification of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, whether personal data belongs to a specific User or another subject of personal data;
  6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, whether or not using automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), de-identification, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
  7. Operator – a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, and determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
  8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://yucca.app;
  9. User – any visitor to the website https://yucca.app;
  10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
  11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited group of persons with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting it on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
  12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;
  13. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is irretrievably destroyed, making it impossible to further restore the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the physical media of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User​

  1. Email address;
  2. Name;
  3. The website also collects and processes de-identified data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
  4. The data listed above is hereinafter referred to in the Policy by the general term Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data​

  1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails.
  2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email to info@yucca.app with the subject line "Opt-out of notifications about new products, services, and special offers."
  3. De-identified User data collected using internet statistics services is used to collect information about User actions on the website and to improve the quality of the website and its content.
  1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://yucca.app. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
  2. The Operator processes de-identified data about the User if this is permitted by the User's browser settings (saving of "cookie" files and use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. Procedure for the Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Processing of Personal Data​

The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.

  1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
  2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable legislation.
  3. If inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update it independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's email address info@yucca.app with the subject line "Updating personal data."
  4. The period of processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator's email address info@yucca.app with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data​

  1. Before beginning a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
  2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent from the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final Provisions​

  1. The User may obtain any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@yucca.app.
  2. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
