Reduced CPU utilization with a large number of motion events​

Ticket 1146 fixed broken deduplication of events from cameras. This can significantly reduce CPU utilization with large volumes of cameras and events. Below is an example of the CPU utilization drop on ~60 cameras with detection enabled:
